It is recognised that similar checking services are required by organisations within Scotland and Northern Ireland and therefore there is also access to the undertaking of Protection of Vulnerable Groups, and Access NI checks in Scotland and Northern Ireland respectively.

The Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) Check Typical package:

Basic criminal disclosure;
ID verification;
Right to work document verification; and
Three year activity verification (no gaps of 28 days or more).

BPSS also acts as a foundation for National Security Vetting (NSV) or Security Clearance (SC).
